Happy New Year

2015 was busy and fun year for our family! It was also a year of change and transition! We have spent a lot of the year getting healthier and we have experienced so many benefits the changes we have made.

I made a commitment in February to get healthy and fit. I started working out and eating better. It was not always easy or fun, but I stuck with it and am down 40 pounds. So thankful to have found an amazing personal trainer and also for a supportive husband who encouraged me and never once complained about making dinner and handling bedtime so I could go to they gym! I still have a ways to go to get to my goal, but I know that I can get there in 2016 🙂

Early in 2015 we skeptically started using essential oils to help our sweet girl sleep better. Well little did we know that we would end up making some drastic changes towards our entire family’s health and wellness. We started realizing the benefits these oils could have for our family and also started researching and learning more. We have seen so many benefits from helping us sleep, supporting our immune system, and so many other ways. Interested in learning more about how essential oils can help you and your family? I would love to talk more with you!!

We also had lots of fun with our little family!  We took a few road trips this year and had a blast making memories!!

In April we headed to the beach for a long weekend and it was perfect!!

In September we went to Disney World for a week!! We had so much fun and my little ones are still talking about it! I think the adults had just as much fun as the littles 😉

In December we headed to Chattanooga for the weekend. We visited Ruby Falls and rode the Polar Express train. It is the cutest thing. The kids got to wear their PJs on the train. We took a ride to the “North Pole” to see Santa. On the way we got snack, listened to stories and sang Christmas carols. Then Santa boarded the train and the kids got to visit and tell them their wish list!

We did lots of other fun things this year. We had play dates with friends and spent a lot of time with family. A few of my favorite things we did this year were visiting the zoo, going to Disney on Ice, spending time at the lake and apple picking in the North GA mountains!

But my most favorite thing about 2015 was spending it with these cuties!

Can’t wait to see all the fun things we experience in 2016!!
